All Signature Medical Group locations including Brockton medical offices and the Greene Cancer Center are open and accepting scheduled patients. Brockton Hospital remains closed with no emergency services.

Patients should continue to contact their PCP for all healthcare needs. Except, in an emergency, go to the nearest Emergency Room. Call Signature Medical Group at 508-894-0400 or send a message to your provider through the MyHealth Patient Portal. (BROCKTON, MA) – The fire emergency at Brockton Hospital has dramatically impacted our staff and the community over the past nine days. Signature Healthcare’s mission remains unchanged, to support our community and deliver medically necessary services to all in need regardless of status or ability to pay. Brockton Hospital has been a long-standing institution in the City of Champions for over 125 years. We plan to be here for the next 125 years, fulfilling the same mission to care for our community.

Our incredible staff continues to rise to the occasion. Since immediate efforts to safely evacuate and transport patients without incident subsided, our teams have been working day and night to provide solutions for our community’s healthcare needs and to provide much-needed access.
We have a three-phased approach and tentative timeline to safely bring back and expand medical services:

Phase 1: Expanded access and hours at our Signature Medical Group ambulatory locations include Cardiac Testing, MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Diagnostic Radiology, Mammography, PET/CT and Bone Density. All are fully staffed and are accepting patients.

We will open two new urgent care centers over the next two weeks to care for our community. The first urgent care center will be located at our 110 Liberty Street location in Brockton, seven (7) days a week from 8:00am - 8:00pm. The second urgent care center will be located at 650 Centre Street, Brockton.

Phase 2: While the assessments and evaluations of the damage of Brockton Hospital continue by our experts in their fields, our goal is to re-open the Hospital with limited inpatient services in approximately three (3) months. This timeline is contingent on supply chain and access to necessary materials.

Phase 3: Additional hospital services will be phased-in after that. The services will be identified once assessments, evaluations and supply chains have been thoroughly reviewed.
